We are looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Lead Outreach – Support for learning, to join our Senior Leadership Team at Southern Cross School. You will fully participate in the life of the school, assisting where needed, supporting our most vulnerable pupils. We want candidates who are able to see the possibilities of all our exceptional learners and allow them to thrive.
We are looking for someone to lead, manage and supervise our provision for pupils with Emotional School Based Avoidance and Dysregulation. Working with the families to engage them with learning to develop their life skills and engagement with education.

Southern Cross School
Southern Cross School is a Special School for young people with social, emotional and mental health needs. We have recently expanded our provision and now have a brand-new building which has been designed to deliver our therapeutic vision.

Endeavour Federation provides education for pupils in KS2, 3 and 4. Our aim is for all our pupils to develop their skills and reach their full potential in a safe learning environment.
Our schools include Castlefield Campus, Meade Hill School and Southern Cross School. All of our pupils have Education, Health and Care plans based primarily on a range of social, emotional and mental health issues.
