The Role

Endeavour Federation is looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic HLTA - Neurofeedback Lead, to join our welcoming team at Southern Cross School. You will fully participate in the life of the school, assisting where needed, supporting our most vulnerable pupils. We want candidates who are able to see the possibilities of all our exceptional learners and allow them to thrive. 


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead mindfulness curriculum across the school. 
  • Lead and implement neurofeedback sessions to support students' emotional and cognitive development.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and external professionals to create and deliver tailored intervention programs.
  • Assist in the classroom, providing targeted support to pupils with varying needs.
  • Engage with and support the school's wider activities and events, contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture.
  • Monitor and assess the progress of students receiving neurofeedback, adjusting strategies to ensure effective outcomes.
  • Foster a supportive and encouraging environment where all pupils can thrive.
